The challenge

Courts were booked informally and unpaid, so slots were held without commitment and the schedule lived off-system.

What we built

• A court schedule with slot-based reservations, bookable 24/7 from any device.
• A bank or e-wallet transfer holds the court until staff confirm the payment (online card checkout is built but not enabled for this venue).
• Each booking captures the guest’s contact details into the CRM — no customer accounts or logins to manage.
• Court utilization and scheduling are handled in the shared Auxelit CRM admin console.
