Chamber KTV took reservations by phone and paper — leading to double-bookings, no upfront commitment, and staff tied up managing the calendar through peak hours.
What we built
- Live multi-room availability on 30-minute time slots — checked against the CRM on load and re-verified at booking — with a booking cart for group reservations.
- 50% deposits collected through Maya, gated behind digital terms and house-rules acceptance.
- Flat per-room minimum spend, plus a per-hour charge beyond the included hours.
- Staff manage rooms, reservations, and settled payments in the Auxelit CRM admin console.
